Aural Alchemy (“we”, “us”) makes ambient music, sample packs, generative visuals, and related digital products available at alchemyaural.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to deliver your purchases and improve the experience, and we never sell your personal data.

Information we collect

  • Email address — when you buy a product, download a free file, or subscribe to our list.
  • Order details — what you purchased and when, so we can deliver it and provide support.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad). We never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage & device data — basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand what’s useful and fix problems.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchases and free downloads, and give you access to your library.
  • To send order confirmations, product updates, and — if you opt in — occasional emails about new releases. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To measure and improve our products, site, and marketing.

Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run the business. They process data only to provide their service to us:

  • Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad — payments
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email
  • Supabase — accounts, purchases, and library data
  • Vercel & Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
  • Meta — advertising measurement (conversions), using hashed identifiers
  • Pinterest, Instagram — when we publish or schedule our own content to our own brand accounts
