These terms are the simple rules for buying and using things from Aural Alchemy at alchemyaural.com. They work together with our License Terms (alchemyaural.com/license), which say what you may do with the files, and our Privacy Policy (alchemyaural.com/privacy). If you have a question about any of this, write to admin@alchemyaural.com.
We sell digital products: MIDI packs, sample packs, construction kits, ambient tracks, audio loop packs, guided meditations, fractals and 4K visuals, guides, and access to our website apps. Nothing is shipped by post.
You pay at our secure checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors, and we never see or store your full card details. Your payment receipt is your proof of purchase and of your license.
Delivery is digital and instant. Right after payment, what you bought appears in your library on this site. Sign in with the email you bought with, and you can download it as many times as you need.
Everything you buy is royalty-free for you to build on, not to resell as it is. What you may and may not do is written in the License Terms (alchemyaural.com/license), and the license that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the day you bought. In short: use our files in your own music, videos, ads, games, apps, courses and client work. Do not resell or redistribute our original files as they are, free or paid, and do not claim them as your own work.
Some product pages offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Where a page shows it, you can try the product for 7 days, and if it is not for you, write to admin@alchemyaural.com within those 7 days and you get your money back. Where a page does not show this guarantee, it does not apply to that product. Serenity Suite has no money-back guarantee. If something is wrong with your purchase, such as a file that will not download or a charge you do not recognize, write to us and we will sort it out with you.

Serenity Suite Lifetime is one payment, and you get lifetime access. It includes everything we release from here on.
Where we offer a plan (for example in an offer shown on the Serenity page), Serenity Suite can also be taken as a plan, paid yearly (US$49 a year, renewing every year) or monthly (US$20 a month, renewing every month), by card. A plan includes all of our software and tools while it is active, plus a limit of 3 pack downloads a month from the library. New releases are included while your plan is active. Packs and tools you bought separately stay yours and do not count toward the limit.
A plan renews until you cancel it. You can cancel yourself any time from your library (“Cancel plan or update your card”), which opens our payment processor’s billing page. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then stops. Files you already downloaded keep their license.
Anything you create with our apps (Frequency Generator, MIDI Generator, Breathwork app and others) is yours, for personal and commercial projects, with no attribution. The apps themselves may not be copied, resold or redistributed, and your access is personal to you.
Do not resell or redistribute our original files, claim them as your own, share your sign-in with others, or use our products in content that promotes hate, violence, harassment or illegal activity.
We may update these terms. A purchase is governed by the terms in effect on the day you made it.
