  • The ringOne segment per step, filling as the cycle goes round.
  • CyclesShows cycle 1 of 4, or how many cycles are done and the time left. At the end it says session complete.

Questions

Is Breathwork free?

Yes. Sign in with a free account and use every pattern and length with no limits.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You only sign in, with Google or with your email and a code. Chrome or Edge work best.

Do I need headphones?

No, speakers work fine. Use whatever lets you hear the music and the breath sounds comfortably.

Can I download the session or the music?

There is nothing to download in Breathwork. The music comes from the Breathwork Foundations packs: the Get this track link in the Music card opens the pack of the track that is playing.

Why does it take a moment to start?

The first time, the music loads before the countdown. On a phone this can take a few seconds. Untick Music in the Music card for a quicker start.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The patterns wrap into two rows, the buttons fill the width, and the cards stack under the scene.

Can I pause in the middle?

Yes. PAUSE holds the session at the current step and RESUME carries on. STOP ends it.

How do I get help?

The help page covers signing in, your library and downloads. You can also ask the assistant in the corner of this page, or write to admin@alchemyaural.com.
